Good service but took almost 1.5 hours longer than they estimated initially, I had to keep waiting in the lounge area. The lounge area also doesn’t have a good proper coffee machine and very limited snack options. This is not expected from a luxury vehicle dealership.

while we were there longer than planned or expected, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. we worked with Kayle Hundley, who was excellent - great customer service and follow up. Her manager ended up buying us dinner since we were there through dinner time (we were waiting for the finance guy who was working with another customer). they kept the experience very positive and the waiting area was also very inviting and comfortable.

Mary was great to work with. They were able to accommodate all of our requests. Our purchase went smoothly and fairly quick.

Though I haven’t bought a car here yet, I’ve gone in and test driven a bunch in my self-imposed long search for a new car. I will tell you though that my time with Thomas was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. EVER. He was accommodating, informative, non-pressured, enthusiastic, relatable, professional, and didn’t get hung up on pressing for numbers. He let me take my time and answered any questions I had. If I end up with Volvo, I will definitely be working with him.

The sales department could use some work on communication. They don’t seem to share information, as if they are each a silo. Getting a return text or phone call is like pulling teeth. The staff is quite polite and friendly, however.

Our experience with sales associate, Austin, the sales manager and finance manager was nothing but excellent. We’ve owned a Volvo for 5 years and decided to upgrade. They led us through the process without pressure. Explanations of the XC90 plug in hybrid were clear and concise. They also went beyond in time helping clear our trade in and set up the new one. It was as though we were the only customers there. (We were not!) We highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I've never had anything but great experiences with the service guys. They're honest, communicative, efficient, and really do take care of their customers. They make me feel better about having bought two Volvos in a row. I know that I can count on them to take treat me fairly and well, and do great work on my car.


Had a great experience with Ken Garff Volvo. I called ahead, Austin Bell had the car that I wanted to see pulled up and ready to go. After test driving the car and putting a deposit down, Austin did all the necessary paperwork in advance of my return to pick up the car. Made the entire experience painless and easy. Although I did end up buying an extended warranty and glass protection, I didn’t feel pressured to do so and truly felt that they were looking out for my best interests. Great dealership!

I had the absolute best experience purchasing my XC90 with Austin! From start to finish, everything was seamless—no stress, no pressure, just a genuinely smooth and enjoyable process. Really good experience. They did a great job checking us in and getting all the info we had for the repair. Sent a video during their inspection so we could see what was needed. I had to follow up with a text to check on progress but other than that good communication throughout the process.


I have mainly worked with Michael and Brandon when I take my car in and they are excellent, but all the folks in the service department are friendly and attentive. Their services and follow-ups are outstanding and appreciated, and although at times dealership prices seem outrageous, I find the comfort of knowing that what I’ve stated above is always waiting for me well-worth the investment.
