We had a great experience waiting for our car to be serviced. Free drinks, snacks and an Uber to the mall. Very thorough and friendly. Also Michael kept us informed through the whole process. Even included a complimentary car wash!

Ken Garff really went above and beyond. I took my car in for breaks and they communicated, ubered me home and even let me a beautiful vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. Brandon was and helpful and patient. I will request to work with him every time! As soon as the parts were ordered the work was finished and I was on my way.. I would trust them over anybody with my vehicle. they are so accommodating, and I trust them. also let's talk about the snacks, the best snacks while you're waiting. 10 out of 10!!

Overall excellent dealer, some service department policies leave things to be desired, though. $900 to replace an $80 battery that takes an hour or less is to do is unacceptable (this was from a previous visit). All employees are nice and professional, and the dealership is warm and inviting.

We just bought our fourth Volvo from this location, our third with Kayle as the sales associate. Ken Garff Volvo has been great to work with over the years, from service to sales. Buying and maintaining a vehicle can be frustrating, but they make it an enjoyable and worthwhile relationship with good communications and valued support. Kayle is great to work with and so is their service group.

They were attentive and got me right in even with a lineup of Volvos at the door. They said 1 1/2 hours and it was almost to the minute. I wanted to wait at the dealership because of the distance to my work so it was nice that I didn’t miss much time getting back to work. This is my 3rd Volvo (2nd one purchased from Ken Garff Volvo) and I’m always so impressed when I come into the Ken Garff Volvo store. The team always does a phenomenal job making us feel welcomed and heard. On this last purchase, we worked with Kayle and Josh and they were amazing. I was in a difficult situation with a lease, but Kayle and Josh worked diligently to get me into a gorgeous XC60. They were so great at answering our questions and getting us solid and accurate information.

Brendan in the service department is an absolute professional. He worked with me to get things taken care of through warranty and genuinely kept pressing the issue to make sure it was taken care of quickly. Not to mention he's genuinely a nice guy. Their team was able to get the new fuel injectors installed in 1 day.
