Picked up my new (to me) Certified Preowned 2021 XC90 T5 AWD Momentum yesterday. Now I'm not keen on dealers and dealerships...however, these guys changed my mind! They always communicate well with me. Although I have an older car, it always feels brand new after they work on it. Prices are high for services, but that’s any dealership. It’s nice to know that if you bring it in for service, it gets done and correctly. I would recommend bringing your car here for services!
We recently took our XC90 for a routine service check. The staff were incredibly friendly and the environment was very comfortable. Even our Golden Retriever found it to be a great place to wait while the car was being serviced.

Two weeks ago, a drunk driver hit our neighbor's teenager head-on while he was driving Mom's Volvo. Fortunately, he walked away without any serious injuries. Last weekend, I bought a Volvo for my wife. Moises was our salesperson. He answered all of our questions and made the car-buying experience enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as it can be). He was patient and down-to-earth, and I highly recommend him and the entire team at Ken Garff Volvo.
